We should try our best to avoid mistakes in the processing of the hand model, but in our custom processing industry, it is impossible to make absolutely no mistakes. How should we remedy after the error? Remediation materials are generally available in overcut or miscut locations. The most commonly used remedial material in the hand industry is putty or 502 glue mixed hazelnut powder.
The putty is a gelatinous viscous material that needs to be combined with a drier to solidify. Imported putty is more expensive, such as: Germany's Bentex-autodody-filler, the price is more than 100 / 250 grams; domestic atomic ash price is cheaper, the price is more than 50 / 850 grams.
502 glue mixed hazelnut powder: Take appropriate amount of hazelnut powder and add 502 glue to make a thin paste. Fill the adjusted material into the cut area and wait for it to be processed.
The remedy is that the workpiece is a non-transparent part, and the transparent workpiece is not allowed to have bonding marks. Generally, it is used to remedy plastic parts. Non-transparent parts are: ABS, POM, PA. Transparent parts are: PMMA, PC.
In particular, PMMA is also known as plexiglass. Because of the special properties of the material, it is brittle and fragile, and there is no trace of adhesion. Therefore, special attention should be paid during the processing. Once the knife is too fast, the whole material may break. Then, the entire hand board is scrapped, so the PMMA hand sample is also more expensive than other hand boards.
